With the introduction of the Home Information Pack, estate agents are faced with organising an efficient system of delivering HIPs to their clients.  You need to know that the HIP and the EPC are processed quickly and without fuss so you can get on with marketing the property.

Upon receipt of your instruction, we start the HIP process immediately. We also contact the homeowner that same day and arrange an appointment for the DEA to carry out the energy performance assessment. The certificate and graph will be sent to you, so this can be incorporated into the marketing literature.

We expect to have the EPC completed within 48 hours subject to property access.

When the HIP is ready, we will deliver it to you in your preferred method either as a .pdf file or email, it is also be available on-line or in hard copy.

Once registered with us, you will be issued with your own account, login and password. This way you can order and view your HIPs online.
